Description

Meet at the bottom of the trail, where Dwight Way ends just above the Clark Kerr Campus. We will walk a few hundred yards up to the work area. We are cutting the invasive French Broom, splaying the stalk so the roots die, and bundling the tops into bio swales which we stake in the ground for erosion control.

They will provide water and snacks, tools and gloves. Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and clothes that can get dirty. There is no poison oak in the area, but we will be exposed to full sun on steep slopes.
