Project Description

We are showing "Spirited Away" in 306 Soda, HP Auditorium. It's basicly a fun and relaxed occasion for anybody to drop by and enjoy an awarded movie. The event started about 8:10pm, and finished a little bit past 10:30pm.

Event Preparation

Peter Chien, the organizer, checked out the movie from BlockBuster. Soda and Cory Room reservation can be found at: http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/Administration/Policies/service.shtml or Email direclty at the following: Michael-David Sasson [msasson@cs.berkeley.edu] (Thanks for Cindy Lee for this info) It usually takes a day or so for the staff to confirm the reservation. In addition, the organizer also need to pick up the keys of HP Auditorium from 3rd floor Soda CS office.

Problems Encountered

With minor technical difficulty figuring out how to operate the equipments in HP Auditorium, all went smooth.

Improvements Suggested

The starting time could be moved a bit earlier, say 7:00pm to attract more parcipitants.

Enjoyment

The event was pretty successful. People liked the movie and had fun.
