Online Resume Database
To help your company recruit highly qualified engineers, Tau Beta Pi compiles the resumes of its members in an online database. Companies can access this database through six-month subscriptions for a donation of $200. The resume database is updated every semester and is searchable by major, GPA, expected graduation date, and keywords (MATLAB, Java, etc.).
Tau Beta Pi's members are some of the brightest and most competent engineering students at UC Berkeley. Only the top eighth of engineering juniors and the top fifth of seniors are offered membership each semester. In addition to outstanding academic success, many members have extensive work and research experience in their fields of study. Furthermore, Tau Beta Pi officers gain first-hand teamwork and organizational skills through their leadership roles in the chapter.
