What is APM?
Alpha Pi Mu is a nationally accepted Industrial Engineering honor society, which gives recognition to Industrial Engineering majors who have shown academic excellence and leadership in their field. It also serves as a purpose to unify the student body of the Industrial Engineering department in presenting its needs and ideals to the faculty, thus better the quality of Industrial Engineering education.
Who is APM for?
Qualifications: invitations are given to Industrial Engineering juniors in the top 1/5 of their class and seniors in the top 1/3 of their class.
ACTIVITIES
It hosts various corporate events on campus to give students the opportunity to learn about the careers available to them. Some other activities include IEOP Alumni Dinner, Interview Workshop, Bowling Night, Social Hour and Dinner, BBQ Social, Alumni Spearker Series, How to Land Your First Summer Internship, Faculty & Alumni Networking Dinner, APM BBQ and Vollyball Day, Graduate/MBA Panel
